Opening the document
Fetching the request. Our server does not have the document itself, only a fingerprint of it and the place where you sign.
Sign this document
Read the document and add your signature.
HOW THIS WORKS
Opening and signing happen on your own device. Our server receives encrypted data, your public key, the signature and the position of your fields. It never receives the readable document or your private key.
Post-quantum, zero-knowledge. Not eIDAS-qualified. A ParaSign signature is a Simple Electronic Signature (SES): a post-quantum cryptographic signature (ML-DSA-65), not a qualified signature (QES) under eIDAS. Compare the fingerprint below with the file you received separately.

WHERE THE DOCUMENT COMES FROM
Your browser opens the encrypted document. You can sign only once its fingerprint matches the request. Our server never receives the key or the readable document.
The sender asks for initials on every page. They are already in place.
Your initials go in the margin of every page, next to the other signers. Nobody signs on your spot.
Choose a field, then click the page where it should appear. Your signature covers these positions too.
WHAT YOU SIGN WITH
You sign with a signing key on your own device. With a passkey you confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key. Without one you confirm with the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. The key never leaves your device. The signature is bound to the email address this invite was sent to.
Your signature is in place
Once everyone has signed, the same link from your invitation opens the complete document with every signature.

The PDF with signatures is for reading and keeping. To check later that everything is right, you need the original and the proof. You can check them at paramant.app/en/verify.
The proof becomes available once everyone has signed.
