Paste the secure link you were sent. The file decrypts in your browser. The relay never has the key.
A secure file is waiting for you
The file is only fetched when you press the button. It then opens in your browser. Paramant never has the key.
Your file is on its way
Downloading the encrypted file and decrypting it in your browser. The relay never had the key.
You have the file.
It is saved on your device. Our copy has been permanently destroyed.
What made this safe
The file was decrypted here, in your browser. The file arrived sealed and was opened with the key that sat in the link after the #, which is the part of a link a browser never sends to a server (AES-256-GCM).
A link from this web app opens once. The copy on our side was wiped once your browser had the whole file and could open it, so an interrupted download costs you nothing, and the link will not open a second time.
The file name travelled inside the sealed bytes rather than beside them, so it was never something we could read either.
The pages above were drawn by this browser out of the file itself. Nothing was sent anywhere to draw them, and nothing of the document stays behind when you close this tab.
This file has already been downloaded and burned.
Paramant links are single-use. Once downloaded, the file is permanently deleted from the relay.
